The form is used to apply for AETOS VPS
Sponsorship Plan.
Acknowledge and Agreement
Please ensure you have read, understand and accept all terms and conditions
before you submit the form to AETOS, as the declaration you provide will be used
to inform whether AETOS considers you eligible for the AETOS VPS sponsorship
plan.
1.
I understand that the VPS hosting service is provided and controlled by
third parties, who are independent and not affiliated with AETOS and AETOS
takes all sufficient steps to eliminate or prevent any conflicts of
interests arising out of the application of the VPS hosting service.
2.
I understand and agree that the VPS hosting service is provided and
controlled by third parties and AETOS as such does not make any warranties
regarding the services provided by the third party and shall not be liable
for any error or malfunction of the hosting service leading to, including
but not limited to network communication failure, system errors, data
failure and any investment loss arising out of.
3.
I understand that AETOS may disclose my information to the third party in
order to grant me a non-transferable, limited license of VPS hosting service
for my own use and not for further dissemination or redistribution.
4.
I will not use the service for any unlawful purpose and will comply with all
reasonable requests by AETOS and the third-party service provider.
5.
I will not disassemble, decompile or create any derivative works from the
service.
6.
I understand and agree that it is at my own discretion to apply for the VPS
service and join the AETOS VPS Sponsorship Plan and I am fully aware of the
risk contained.
7.
I understand that trading margin forex and CFDs carries the risk that loss
could exceed my initial deposit and it is my responsibility to apply the
risk management tools where necessary to mitigate the investment risk.
8.
I understand and agree that the VPS hosting service will incur an extra
service fee depending on the chosen service plan. AETOS may at its sole
discretion to reimburse the service fee on the monthly basis on condition
that I have met a minimum monthly trading volume requirement as specified
AETOS VPS Sponsorship Plan.
9.
I understand that under the
AETOS VPS Sponsorship Plan , the trading volume
calculation will be limited to above stated account only and it is not
acceptable to aggregate trading volume across all accounts under the
same account holder;
10.
I understand that the subscription to the VPS hosting service commences once
AETOS sends the VPS service approval email with the access code contained to
me;
11.
I understand and agree the VPS service payment and reimbursement procedures
as specified in AETOS VPS Sponsorship Plan.
12.
I understand that I may cancel the subscription to the VPS hosting service
by sending email to [email protected] .
