Customer Services Officier

We are seeking multi-language customer-oriented candidates to join our team to build a strong customer services centre.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide our clients with excellent in-class service on phone, chats, and email
  • Intelligently articulate financial and market-related concepts
  • Go beyond "customer service". Skillfully probe for, listen to, and understand client needs to provide resources and solutions to improve their trading experience and results
  • Mediate difficult situations, conversations, and customers with composure and resolve
  • Consistently take initiative to learn about the markets, FX industry, MetaTrader 4
  • Be a team player and proactively collaborate with the Financial Services Team to manage time, resources, volume, and customer feedback
  • Consistently achieve specific deposit, retention, and customer satisfaction benchmarks
  • Act upon constructive criticism to improve on-desk client conversations and to build on personal and department-wide performance figures

Requirements:

  • Second language required: such as, Arabic, Chinese, French, German, Hindi
  • Be willing to work late shifts
  • Must have strong communication skills, verbal and written
  • Ability to navigate basic and advanced mathematical examples with proficiency and accuracy
  • Bachelor degree
  • Strong MS Office skills
